Ever since I can remember I have been building, modifying and restoring musical instruments and amplifiers. In my quest to achieve more expressive tones I have created a line of effects and amplifiers for guitar and bass players. Barber Electronics is my way of bringing the results of my tireless quest for tone to fruition. Barber effect pedals use high quality components and construction methods previously unheard of in this industry. We have pioneered the use of specific matching techniques and hand selection of components for the characters they lend to your ultimate tones.

 

Our units are primarily unique designs not direct copies of older circuits. All Barber units tone hallmarks include greater clarity, note definition, and a wider range of tones, textures, flexibility and functions, than other pedals available on the market today. We are committed to musician friendly pricing and do not engage in extreme Boutique pricing, We also do not use the title "Boutique" to sell pedals, our products are simply hand made.
